After a recent move to our new apartment in North Dallas, I was happy that Pat & Lanay seemed to be adjusting to their new surroundings. Pat was always searching for new adventures every time he turned around.

During one of our morning walks, Pat was sniffing a bush when the air conditioner unit beside it kicked on! Pat was sure that something in the bush was growling at him and he did his best to look and sound meaner than it was. I'm sure Pat was relieved that the bush decided to stay put and not pursue us on our walk around the building.

Another "Find" of Patrick's was an unusual toy in the apartment. I heard him growling and fussing with something in the next room. Then I heard a funny sound.."thawinggggggg...." Then there it was again. What was that? Of course I had to get up and investigate. In the kitchen I found Patrick lying on his back while growling and pawing at the spring door stop. He was sure someone put it there just for his pleasure!

Looks like I don’t have to worry about Patrick adjusting to his new life here at the North Dallas Apartments. Life with my fur-child is never boring. I am blessed to have such a little guy.
