Sarah's Potato Casserole
1 pkg (2lb) hash brown potatoes (thawed)
1/4 cup butter melted
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream chicken soup (undiluted)
1 small carton sour cream
10 oz pkg cheese (grated)
2 cups crushed corn flakes
2 tbs melted butter
Mix all ingredients together except the last two.
Place in casserole dish.
Melt butter in skillet and add corn flakes.
Brown lightly, then sprinkle over the potato mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min.
